Roll ups:

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (72 g/ 2.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup tinned warm cherry peppers (30 g/ 1.1 oz)
  • 1/4 white onion, very finely cut (28 g/ 1 oz)
Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp paleo mayo (30 g/ 1.1 oz) – you could make your personal
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (15 ml)
  • 2 tsp Italian flavoring
