Blackberry & Coconut Sweetener-Free Keto Jellies

Starting with these Coconut and also Blackberry Jellies – or gummies, whatever you prefer to call them. Ingredients (makes 24 jellies)

  • 1 cup coconut milk such as Aroy-D (240 ml/ 8 fl oz)
  • 1 1/4 mug fresh blackberries (180 g/ 6.4 oz)
  • 1/2 mug grass-fed jelly (55 g/ 1.9 oz)
  • 1 mug cold water (240 ml/ 8 fl oz)
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Guidelines

  1. Split the gelatin into 2 bowls (1/4 mug in each). Add 1/2 mug of water per and also permit to flower whilst you prepare the coconut as well as blackberries.
