Keto Pancakes Recipe.

* Use 1 tsp monk fruit if using monk fruit.

Keto Pizza Recipe.
⇥ 1 serving.
1 Italian Cali’ flour Pizza Crust (https://goo.gl/w8qg4q).
2 oz chicken thighs.
2 oz mozarella cheese.
1/4 mug artichoke hearts.
1 oz red onion.
1/2 mug arugula.
3 tablespoon pesto.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/2 avocado.
salt & pepper.
⇥ Cook crust by guidelines, leading with poultry, onion, artichoke, as well as cheese. Prepare for 5 minutes. Leading with arugula. Incorporate pesto and also olive oil and drizzle on the top. Add salt, avocado, and pepper.

Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs Recipe.
⇥ 1 serving.
1 consuming evolved keto cup.
2 tsp raw coconut butter.
2 tsp raw almond butter.
1 tsp cacao butter.
1.5 tbsp almond flour.
pinch of monk fruit powder.
⇥ Heat fats to thaw, mix in almond flour and monk fruit, freeze in cubes.

2 oz almond malk.
